Job Title: Purchase & Back Office Executive Location: Satelite Experience Required: 1–2 Years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month --- Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, handling purchase documentation, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
--- Key Responsibilities Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and related documents. Manage vendor relationships, coordinate procurement activities, and negotiate rates. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements. Support back-office operations including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining databases related to purchases and inventory. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials. Handle communication with suppliers and resolve any purchase-related issues.
--- Requirements Graduate in Commerce/Business/related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in purchase or back-office operations. Knowledge of documentation, purchase orders, and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related tools. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
