Procurement Activities:

- Preparing Purchase Orders in accordance with System Requirements or, in the case of some Vendors, as per Online Order Punching requirements
- Pass the Entries of Purchase invoices
- Pass the entries for Logistic expense in case of procurement of material.
- Test certificate Management (Tc management for future reference)
- Pending Purchase orders follow-ups
- Maintain Proper documentation of purchase related documents (i.e. in Physical mode as well as in system folder)
- Review the cycle starting from PO to Purchase invoice
- Any other data entries related to Procurement given by Purchase Manager or Senior executive of same department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
