- Accurately record customer interactions, complaints, inquiries, and feedback in the company’s system.
- Maintain records of customer issues and solutions provided.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Education: HSC Plus or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or in a BPO is preferred.
