**Job Title**: Safety Officer - Data Center Projects

**Qualification**: ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) - Mandatory

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company and statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations applicable to data center construction, operation, and maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including safety checklists, incident reports, permits, and compliance logs.
- Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, and regular safety training sessions for workers and contractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to address safety concerns.
- Investigate near misses, incidents, and accidents, and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor use of PPE and ensure safe work practices are followed across all site operations.
- Submit regular EHS reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)** - Compulsory
- 4-5 years of experience in industrial safety, with **minimum 2 years in data center projects**:

- Strong understanding of EHS regulations, ISO 45001, and other relevant safety standards
- Proficient in maintaining safety documentation and reporting tools
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Ability to handle emergency response and crisis management

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
