**Role Definition**

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment on construction sites. This role involves identifying potential hazards, implementing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety among all workers.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, construction management

**Experience**

4 years in interior fit-out or construction projects.

**Task & Activities**
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Provide safety training and education to all workers.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor the use of safety equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Respond to workers' safety concerns and issues.
- Maintain records of safety-related incidents and reports.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
- Preferably work in high rise residential building or Commercial building with Fit out work.
- Ensure proper documentation of all safety information's, keeping of all records, inspection sheets and share safety statistics on weekly and monthly basis.

- Excellent english communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
