Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
- Provide training and support to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.
- Maintain safety records and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is used correctly.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Safety or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in safety management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.
