**Experience - 4 - 8 years**

**Good Knowledge of the following:

- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of safety inspections and incidents.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
- Promote safety awareness through workshops and training programs.
- Investigate and report on all accidents and incidents.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain detailed records of all safety-related incidents.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Coordinate and conduct emergency drills.
- Work closely with management and employees to promote a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to the development of safety initiatives.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to management.
- Ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in occupational safety is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
