**Title**: Account Executive
**Reports To**: Controller, IDC

**What Accounts Executive do at SCA**
- Book-Keeping, Vendor payments, Employee Reimbursements.
- Co-ordinate with payroll consultant for providing inputs and ensuring timely payment.
- Should be hands on in filing GST, PF, PT, LWF, TDS, Softex monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
- Liaison with banks, STPI, Govt offices etc.,
- Execute all other statutory compliance activities in timely manner.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annually financial management reports efficiently and on timely manner.
- It is also the responsibility of the accounts executive to establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Provide support budget preparation, forecast activities and taxation matters and also develop & maintain financial databases
- Prepare and present financial statements for statutory Audit
- Provide support in managing House Keeping guys to ensure office is well maintained.
- Ensure repairs and maintenance of ACs, electrical fittings and any other equipment.
- Provide support in all the required visa & travel arrangements

**Technical Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in accounting degree or equivalent
- Should have trained/worked in CA firm for at least couple of years
- Should possess knowledge of accepted/standard accounting practices and principles.
- Should possess knowledge and experience of accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must also be able to efficiently plan and organize the data
- Should possess problem solving & analysing skills

- Take responsibility for the accuracy, quality of the work performed and ownership of all the assigned projects
- Ability to be a quick learner who can work independently
- Work effectively with minimum supervision
