**Job Summary**

A Real Estate Typist is responsible for preparing, formatting, and managing real estate documents, contracts, and reports with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and knowledge of real estate terminology. The typist works closely with agents, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Preparation & Data Entry**:

- Type and format real estate contracts, agreements, lease documents, and property listings.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.
- Input and update property details, client information, and financial data into databases.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized digital and physical records of real estate transactions.
- Handle correspondence and documentation for property sales, rentals, and legal filings.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and legal professionals.
- Ensure documents are delivered to clients, lawyers, or government offices on time.
- Respond to inquiries and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Compliance & Confidentiality**:

- Ensure all real estate documents comply with legal and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and transaction information.
- Stay updated on real estate terminology and industry document standards.

**Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience as a typist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Experience in real estate or legal documentation is an advantage.

**Key Skills**:

- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50-60 words per minute).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and real estate software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
