We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Sourcing Sales Person** to join our team at Kandivali West. This role blends **strategic sourcing** with **business development and sales**, focusing on identifying potential suppliers and clients, negotiating terms, and building long-term relationships that drive revenue growth.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers based on market needs.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, and quality.
- Maintain a database of qualified vendors and products.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Present product offerings and sourcing solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers and clients.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with market trends and profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Provide input for product development and strategic sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics) for smooth order execution.
- Work with the finance team on payment terms and vendor compliance.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
