**Estate Officer****:
Currently we are looking to hire an Estate Officer who has to ensure maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment for uninterrupted operations. Minimum 5 year of work experience is required.

**Job description - Estate Officer**:

- The Estate Officer ensures the facilities are safe, clean, and operational in order to provide students/staff with an optimum learning environment.
- Maintenance and repair of all campus physical buildings and grounds. Performing routine facilities inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure on-going compliance and training related to campus facilities.
- Manage the school's facilities supply, inventory, and purchasing process.
- Prepare reports on school facilities and the status of the same.
- Effective liaison, support, and assistance with the whole of the school.
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of facilities, including surveying and measuring the process, outcomes.
- Manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers.
- Support to all other departments with facilities related needs.
- Assess and evaluate contracted vendor performance and make recommendations to Administration.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred (Mechanical Engineer).
- Five or more years of experience supervising and managing employees in Estate management.
- Knowledge of methods and procedures required for facilities maintenance, construction, and repair activities.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, on the telephone, and by mail to staff, vendors, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to prioritize workload to ensure timely outcome of projects and events.
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
