**Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Real Estate Technology*

*Location:* Noida

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a robust Java development background, a minimum of 10 years of experience, and a strong focus on utilizing AWS services to lead our technology initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Technology Leadership:*
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall technology vision of the company, emphasizing AWS cloud solutions.

2. *Team Management:*
- Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of technical staff with expertise in AWS services.

3. *Product Development:*
- Guide the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions hosted on AWS.

4. *AWS Cloud Management:*
- Optimize and manage AWS cloud services, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.

5. *Collaboration and Communication:*
- Effectively communicate technical concepts related to online real estate platforms, emphasizing the AWS cloud stack, to non-technical stakeholders.

6. *Strategic Planning:*
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the company's growth and success in the online real estate market.

7. *Real Estate Project Focus:*

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development and proven track record of successful project delivery, especially in the real estate sector.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or Head of Technology.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate technology trends and industry practices.

*Skills:*
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in Java programming and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of AWS cloud services.
- Strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and implement best practices.

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Java: 10 years (required)
- Real estate tech: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
