**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
