**Projet**:

- Project Management Consultant Services for the Project for Climate Change Response and Ecosystem Services Enhancement in Rajastahn (CRESEP)
- To support the PMU in designing and establishing the effective and efficient monitoring system.
- To assist PMU to procure and supervise contractors for baseline survey, periodical assessments, and other relevant activities.
- To prepare draft guidelines and manuals required for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and provide necessary inputs to the PMU for finalisation.
- To conduct field validation, preparing physical and financial progress report.
- To support the PMU in processing and analysing the progress data and information as required for review and appropriate decision-making.
- To support the PMU in compile periodical M&E reports.
- To work in collaboration with GIS/RS and MIS/System Developer Experts for effective monitoring.
- To prepare draft training programmes related to M&E and MIS.
- To act as a resource person on M&E and MIS for the training programmes.
- To prepare the appropriate monitoring protocol including the indicators for Composite Ecorestoration Index, Climate Resilience Index, and Socio-Economic Development Index.
- To attend to any other tasks reasonably allocated by the Team Leader.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Education:

- Master's degree or higher in Ecology, Forestry, Environmental Management or Natural Resource Management.

**Experience**:

- Experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for 10 years or more.
- Experience of consulting services for at least three biodiversity conservation and/or forest management project at a capacity of M&E expert or similar position.

**Language**:

- English and Hindi
