communication skills and customer handling skills. The ability understand customer requirement is
also essential. Demonstrated success in customer service is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing
information.
- Determines requirements by working with customers.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative
solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information, ensuring highest standards at all times.
Education Requirements
Graduates/Under Graduates (Result Awaited / Final Year)
Experience Requirements
Skills and Abilities
- Good written Communication and Typing Proficiency.
- Ability to speak and understand English and Hindi. Ability to write, read and speak English to
suit business need.
- Basic Telephone Etiquettes.
- Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning.
- Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
Interview Rounds
- RMG Screening
- VETI - Language Assessment - 5.0 and +
- Typing 25 WPM and 90% Accuracy
- Operations Round (Competency Based Interview).
- Written or passage Test - Topic should not be related to the product. Topic should cover
agendas which are generic in nature like Movies, Billing issue, Sports, Social issues etc.
- Client Round.
Salary Offered
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
