**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a **single point of contact**apart from sales for customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support.
- Ensure a smooth handover process from sales to customer service teams.

**CRM System & Database Management**:

- Manage and update customer data using **CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)**:

- Track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to improve service levels.
- Analyze customer data to enhance engagement strategies.

**Post-Sales Support & Documentation**:

- Oversee **allotment letter**, **agreement signing, payment schedules, documentation and Registration** processes.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for timely execution of customer agreements.
- Ensure adherence to **RERA regulations** and other real estate compliance policies.

**Complaint Resolution & Customer Satisfaction**:

- Address customer grievances and ensure timely resolutions.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and referral sales.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.).

**Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Work closely with sales, legal and operations teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in **CRM with good communication skills, customer service, or client relationship management** within the **real estate sector**.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** like sell.do, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of **RERA regulations and real estate transaction processes**.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
