Through customized solutions such as grant writing, program design, and technology implementation—including the development of specialized software and portals—SB enables non-profits to operate more efficiently and amplify their social impact.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Help manage internal databases, resource folders, and shared drives.
- Schedule team meetings, prepare notes, and track action points.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Facilitate internal team updates and coordination with chapters.
- Draft and send routine communications, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating digital presentations and project documentation.

**Chapter Assistance**
- Track chapter-level activities and support follow-up on deliverables.
- Compile inputs and feedback from various teams and stakeholders.
- Help identify and escalate issues requiring additional attention.

**Marketing & Outreach Support**
- Gather and organize content for newsletters and social media.
- Assist in writing success stories, brief reports, or updates.
- Maintain basic digital media and photo archives.

**Event & Training Logistics**
- Assist in coordinating online training sessions, including reminders and participation tracking.
- Prepare and circulate training materials and data forms.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic social media tools.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines effectively.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Prior volunteering or nonprofit experience is a plus (not mandatory).

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
