**Position Overview**:
As an Account Management Intern at Team Pumpkin, you will assist in managing client relationships and support the execution of marketing strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client servicing, project management, and digital marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Onboarding & Support**:

- Assist in creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Project Coordination**:

- Help coordinate projects across various teams, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- **
Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Actively listen to client feedback and work with the team to implement necessary adjustments.
- **
Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports on project performance and client satisfaction.
- **
Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with creative, analytics, and operational teams to support client campaigns.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with the client’s objectives and deliverables.
- **
Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Assist in analyzing data to provide insights for client strategies.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
