**Job Title**: Bench Sales Recruiter

**Location**: 9th Floor, Reach Tower, near Tulip Chowk, Sector 70, Gurgaon
**Shift**: Night Shift (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST)
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Utilize job boards, networking sites, and other platforms to source potential job opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final placement.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on consultant status.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of experience in Bench Sales (Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the **US shift (06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST).**:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- **Immediate joiners preferred**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
