Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and negotiating with candidates and clients to successfully place consultants on client projects. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential candidates in the IT industry for contract and full-time positions. - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline. - Manage relationships with consultants on the bench, ensuring their needs and career goals are aligned with available opportunities. - Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. - Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. - Maintain candidate relationships and ensure smooth onboarding. - Regularly update the CRM/database with candidate information and job status.
