Job Description - Good Experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the bench consultants. - Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants. - Good experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor, Direct/Implementation Clients etc to submit the bench consultants. - Experience working with OPT/H1B/EADs/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants. - Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly. - Strong understanding of technical requirement. - Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidates assessment Skills. - Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc. - Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
