# Junior Operations Executive Job Description

As a **Junior Operations Executive**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day activities across multiple retail stores.
- Coordinate with store managers and staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
- Implement processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

2. **Online and Offline Integration**:

- Bridge the gap between online and offline retail channels.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to synchronize inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across both platforms.

3. **Inventory Control and Supply Chain**:

- Manage inventory levels, including stock transfers between stores.
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor product demand and adjust inventory accordingly.

4. **Staff Training and Development**:

- Train store staff on operational procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

5. **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.

6. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, footfall, and other performance metrics.
- Generate reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

7. **Customer Service Enhancement**:

- Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

# Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
