Creating design layouts with details.

Preparation of plans & technical drawings.

Presenting design proposal to customers.

Rendering work.

Key Responsibility / Accountability:

Developing architecture design in alignment with client's needs

Preparation of lay-out with good space management techniques

Handling the project end to end.

Co-ordinating with clients until closure of the projects.

Preparation of primary and secondary drawings.

Site visits and client meetings.

Functional / Technical Skills:

Auto CAD

Sketch up

Landscape architecture

Photoshop

Lumion for rendering

Personal Attribute:

Good understanding about space management and lay-out.

Quick grasping power.
