Manage sales and Work on sales scripts
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Set individual sales targets
Track, collate and interpret sales figures and daily reporting via MIS and on Excel or CRM software.
necessary resources to perform properly
Lead sourcing through direct sales Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services,
Create and Manage Broker Network. Minimum 10 brokers weekly
Maintain Coordination with Sales Team of Respective Projects. Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
Coordinate Travel plans and appointments of Customers with Sales Team.
Maintain highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting, customer appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.
Fully utilize online technology resources, including personal website, to maintain high visibility with prospects and customer base.
Promote different properties using marketing tools to attract customers including print, electronic and personal interaction.
Research the market regularly to generate lists of properties for prospective clients.
