
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
- Maintain client records, files, and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff activities
- Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Track office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support accounts team with basic bookkeeping (if required)
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide overall support to management and staff
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Problem-solving attitude and team spirit
Pay: ₹10,606.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
