
Junior Sales Executive

Due to our rapid growth, the company has an immediate vacancy for a Junior Business Development Executive to support the sales team develop business in the corporate and commercial sector. The role holder is expected to visit business houses and other prospective clients to generate leads and sales. If you have the love for nature, plants and sustainability and what we do reach out to us.
**Roles and Responsibilities: Business Development**:
- Inform, educate and visit, prospects in the corporate and commercial sector about the organization’s Service & Product offerings
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
- Client Account maintenance in customer relationship management database
- Assist with Set up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- An undergraduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Basic demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve targets
- Experience in pre-call planning, account development, and time management
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with particular focus to business development
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethics
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
