Roles and Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Identify potential construction companies, contractors, and suppliers who need building materials.

Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate building materials to customers.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other key industry stakeholders.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close sales and secure repeat business.

Market Research: Monitor competitor products, industry trends, and customer needs in the building materials sector.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales quotas by managing accounts and expanding market reach.

Customer Support: Provide post-sale support, resolving any issues related to product quality or delivery.

**Skills Required**:
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of building materials, construction processes, and market demands.

Sales Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close sales effectively.

Networking: Build relationships with contractors, architects, and suppliers in the construction industry.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product specifications, uses, and advantages of various building materials.
