As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong customerrelationshipsindesignatedgeographicareas.Youwill represent our company and its products/services to potential clients, negotiate sales contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. ProspectingandLeadGeneration**:

- Identifyandresearchpotentialclientsandmarkets within the assigned territory.
- Generateleadsthroughcoldcalling,networking,and referrals.

**2. SalesPresentationsandDemonstrations**:

- Conductproduct/servicedemonstrationsand presentations to prospective customers.
- Communicatethefeatures,benefits,anduniqueselling points of our products/services effectively.

**3. SalesNegotiationandClosing**:

- Developandpresentsalesproposalstoclients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Negotiatetermsofsale,pricing,andcontractstoachieve

mutuallybeneficialagreements.
- Closesalesdealsandachieveassignedsalestargets.

**4. RelationshipBuilding**:

- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithexistingand potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries,resolvingcomplaints,andensuringcustomer satisfaction.

**5. MarketAnalysisandReporting**:

- Monitorindustrytrends,competitoractivities,and market developments.
- Analyzesalesdataandprepareregularreportsonsales performance,market insights, and customer feedback.

**6. CollaborationandCoordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, productdevelopment,andcustomersupporttooptimize sales strategies and support customer needs.
- Coordinatelogisticsforsalesvisits,includingscheduling appointments and arranging product demonstrations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessadministration,Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proventrackrecordofachievingsalestargetsanddriving revenue growth.
- Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andpresentation skills.
- Abilitytobuildrapportandestablishlong-term relationships with customers.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities.
- Willingnesstotravelextensivelywithintheassigned territory.
- Validdriver'slicenseandcleandrivingrecord.

**PreferredQualifications**:

- Previousexperienceinsales,preferablyinafieldsalesor business-to-business (B2B) environment of at least 1-2 years.
- FamiliaritywithCRMsoftwareandsalesanalyticstools.
- Knowledgeoftheindustryandmarkettrendsrelevantto the company's products/services.
