We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator (Compression) to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for following production guidelines and specifications, operating machinery, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Monitor the assembly line, identifying and removing any faulty products or components.
- Work on the production line, actively participating in the manufacturing process.
- Meet production targets and deadlines, ensuring efficient and timely production.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor on duty, collaborating to find solutions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to production guidelines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
