**Job Title**: Machine Operator - Pharma Manufacturing

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing machines such as tablet press, blister packing, capsule filling, and coating machines.
- Set up machines before production and adjust settings during operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any deviations or malfunctions.
- Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards during production.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow all regulatory, company, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / D.Pharm or equivalent qualification.
- 1-4 years of experience in operating machines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and pharma production processes.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with compression, granulation, coating, or packing lines.
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and other pharma compliance standards.
- Ability to handle documentation and batch processing records.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards (commensurate with experience and skill level).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,838.49 - ₹30,000.00 per month
