- Select appropriate tools, speed, and feed settings based on material properties and job requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments like **calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators**.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lathe machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Follow **safety guidelines and company protocols** to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the **production team and quality control department** to maintain high product standards.
- Keep records of production activities, machine performance, and maintenance schedules.
- Experience in **rubber or plastic component manufacturing**.
- Knowledge of **CNC lathe operations** (added advantage).
- Ability to work in **fast-paced production environments**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
