Role

Capability building of operators and technicians for Granulation & Compression machine operations along with their maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Focuses on prevention, identification and elimination of failures.
  • Supporting Operators & technicians on precision operations and participates in basic care Trainings & OJTs.
  • Condition Monitoring
  • Make wise Breakdown Visual/Videographic Troubleshooting guide preparation, Training of Site wise Engineers & Technicians Pool, pre post assessment
  • Visual/Videographic PM standard deployment (PM Checklist SOP revision)
  • RCA meetings WHY WHY Analysis /One Point Lesson/Kaizens
