We are looking for a Healthcare Associate with strong English communication skills, who can help registered patients monitor their vitals and take the necessary steps to ensure optimal use of the platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, tracking customer vitals and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Develop strategies and implement customer engagement policies
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed
- Utilize resources to interact with customers
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales team
- Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient’s condition
- Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate, diploma in Health and care/Nursing/any medical field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare experience desirable
- Willing to work from our office in Bangalore
- Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts

**Preferred Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
- Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience
