**Patient Assessment**: Conduct initial assessments of patients' health conditions, including physical, emotional, and mental health. Continuously monitor and assess patients' health status during each visit.
- **Medical Care**: Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments as per the healthcare provider's instructions. Provide wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed.
- **Health Monitoring**: Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation. Keep detailed records of patients' health progress and any changes in their condition.
- **Education and Support**: Educate patients and their families about managing medical conditions, medications, and treatments. Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and exercise.
- **Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)**: Assist patients with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility if needed.
- **Emotional Support**: Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, especially during difficult times or when dealing with chronic illnesses.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team promptly.
- **Safety and Infection Control**: Follow strict protocols for infection control and maintain a safe environment for patients. Ensure that medical equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and stored.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing notes, care plans, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and home health aides, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies or changes in patients' conditions. Provide first aid and CPR if necessary.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, treatments, and best practices in home healthcare through continuing education and training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
