ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide voice support to customers for a leading bank in India.
- Receive Inbound calls and solve queries, and register complaints
- Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
- Complete ability and empowerment to provide end-to-end resolution (including online and offline if required)
- Complete responsibility for customer interaction, including liaising with other team members for resolution and follow through (if applicable)
- Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end-to-end process effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

- Shift timings: Male : 6:00 am - 1:00 am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs ) | Female : 6:00 am - 8:00 pm ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )
- Working Days: 06 Days
- Week Off: 01 Days (Rotational)

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Graduation Mandatory
- 01+ year of experience in BPO/Customer Service
- 2 doses Vaccination is Mandatory for interview
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient communication skills (English - verbal & written)
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
INTERVIEW PROCEDURE
- Round 1 - HR Round
- Round 2 - Versant Test (4-6)
- Round 3 - Ops Round

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
