Tracking & Reporting: o Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all shipments. o Address and resolve any issues related to tracking delays or inaccuracies. o Generate daily reports summarizing shipment weights, charged amounts, and any discrepancies. o Provide insights and recommendations based on daily monitoring reports.
