About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Intern
to assist in managing the daily backend operations of our e-commerce brand. The role involves order tracking, stock audits, production coordination, and customer communication. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    Monitor daily orders from placement to dispatch, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stock Audits:
    Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular inventory checks, and update reports.
  • Production Coordination:
    Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth production and replenishment timelines.
  • Customer Communication:
    Handle customer inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure positive service experiences.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Maintain and update operational trackers and reports using Excel and Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and
    Google Sheets
    (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
