**Responsibilities-**
Customer Service Support: Provide support in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure smooth coordination and communication for operational efficiency.
Order Dispatch Assistance: Assist the Customer Support Manager in coordinating and managing the dispatch of customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking: Monitor order status, track shipments, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure products are available for dispatch.
Data Management: Maintain and update order-related data and records in the company's systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency of order dispatch.
Collaborative Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Sales, and Finance, to streamline operations and resolve order-related challenges.
**Requirements**:
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
