ZoloStays, the leading provider of Premium Managed co-living spaces, is seeking a highly

motivated and experienced GROs to oversee the management and operations of our

spaces. As a GRO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to our

residents, while ensuring the efficient and profitable performance of assigned ZoloStays

Property. You will work closely with various teams to maintain the properties, resolve issues,

and drive guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalised service and addressing guest queries promptly and professionally.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.

Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety throughout the property

Assist in organizing and managing special events or promotions.

Coordinate with the management team to implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:
A degree in Hotel Management or a related field

0-2 years of experience working in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Food and Beverage service departments of 4 and 5-star hotels.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
