Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct interviews with B2B and B2C consumers to gather insights and opinions.

Utilize primary and secondary research methodologies to collect and analyze data.

Gather information on competitors, consumers, and market situations.

Collect data on businesses, including strategies, policies, and financials.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on insights.

Adapt to rotational shifts as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Previous experience in sales or BPO/KPO preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Proficiency in research tools and databases such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Proven multitasking and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
