**Job Title: Tele-Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele-Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Tele-Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products/services, articulating value propositions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation techniques.
- Communicate product/service features and benefits persuasively to prospects.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Document all interactions and appointments accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-marketing or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
