**Job Responsibility**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Present and promote products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Submit reports and forecasts to management as required

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (field or inside sales)
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary + incentives/commission structure
- Travel and mobile allowances (if applicable)
- Performance-based bonuses

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
