**About the Role**

We are looking for **hardcore Tele Sales Executives** with **excellent English communication skills** and a strong passion for sales. This role requires high energy, persuasive communication, and the ability to **consistently close deals** in a competitive night-shift environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Clearly explain product benefits in **fluent English & Hindi** to convince and convert leads.
- Handle objections confidently and push for closures.
- Achieve and exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Deliver strong follow-ups to maximize conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Graduate** qualification.
- **Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory.**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **hardcore sales** (Tele Sales / BPO Sales / Health care).
- Highly **target-driven, aggressive, and persuasive** personality.
- Comfortable working **night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)**.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a competitive environment.
