- Sales Officer - Anantapur (AP),
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing the business of the region aggressively
- Intensive field promotion including demand creation activities at farmers level
- Setting up strong distribution
- Product and Market development including opening of new territories
- Brand promotions at rural markets
- Achieving sales growth as per the business plan
- Requirements:
- Agriculture Graduate with MBA from reputed institutes
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in handling direct sales in leading Vegetable seed companies
- Having good understanding & knowledge of vegetable seed markets and competitions.
- Passion of developing business rapidly by taking ownership and responsibilities
- Willing to travel extensively in rural areas to develop brand/product and serve farmers
- Acumen of Communication, Negotiation and team building
- Open and positive mindset, willing to think of out-of
- box solution
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
