**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The role involves counseling students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in and online inquiries, counsel prospective students and their parents about available programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities and maintain a strong conversion rate.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, fees, scholarships, etc.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all programs and their features.
- Coordinate and participate in events such as open houses, education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools or internal systems.
- Build a positive relationship with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing,preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or inside sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
- Sales or target-driven mindset is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
