Initiate creating and changing request for GL (General Ledger) accounts according to defined work procedures
- Tally Entry Pertaining to Sales, Purchase and Banking.
- Handling the ERP software
- File GST & TDS
- Weekly Maintain the invoice register
- General Expenses Cash Register Maintain
- Vendor’s cheque receiving register maintain
- Balance confirmation of deposits
- Monthly Expense analysis expense scrutiny
- Provide monthly, quarterly financials MIS reports
- Preparation of variation analysis Audit schedules based on requirement list
- Handle all day-to-day account related work
- Daily verify the vouchers
- Prepare Invoices, handle documents
- Banking transactions
- Prepare internal reports & track expenses
- Day to day conversation with transpotors
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Remain in regular contact with your vendors/ customers to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues (regarding payments) to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Qualification: Graduation(commerce)
Exp: Minimum 4 years

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally, ERP (preferred)
