We are recruiting for an experienced Back Office Executive to join our busy Back Office team. As our Back Office Executive, you will be reporting to the Back Office Manager and assisting with various administrative duties.

To succeed as a Back Office Executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. A high performing Back Office Executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the Front Office team.

**Back Office Executive Responsibilities**:

- Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns
- Assist in scheduling, analyzing, and updating project estimates
- Assist with sales forecasting, sales lead generation, sales proposals, and contract negotiation
- Conduct market research and contact potential customers
- Research and analyze competitor offerings
- Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage a comprehensive CRM database for organization-wide communication
- Track sales goals and results
- Maintain and update project timelines
- Implement and prioritize company policies and procedures
- Conduct weekly meetings to review metrics, report accomplishments, and set goals for the week
- Maintain and update project documents and files
- Maintain and update proposal and bid documents
- Review and update project estimates
- Perform any other job duties as assigned
- Job timing - UK Shift (12:30 pm - 09:30pm IST)

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years’ of related experience
- Fresh can also apply
- Proven work experience in a back office role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent English or Excellent Communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹146,028.58 - ₹180,000.00 per year
