Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the chemical or related industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of chemical additives or related products is a plus.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
