**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

**Issue Resolution**:Identify and assess customer needs to effectively resolve issues and concerns.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on complex issues.

**Product Knowledge**:Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant industry trends.

**Documentation**:Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the company's CRM system.
Document customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with customers using clear and concise language.
Provide information on promotions, discounts, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.

**Adherence to Policies**:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Follow established protocols for issue resolution and escalate matters when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
