Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally. Work to find suitable solutions that meet both customer needs and company policies
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic technical support to customers encountering issues with products or services. Troubleshoot problems and guide customers through solutions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and issues to inform improvements in products or services.
- **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling**: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences. Utilize persuasive communication skills to increase sales revenue.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including sales, marketing, and social media, to address customer needs effectively and efficiently.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot common issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
